Buğra Karaman was particularly impressed by the value in Batman, noting that a 350 lira lamb stew came with endless free sides, water, and a unique yogurt-cream dessert. He highlighted the distinct 'Batman style' liver, which is marinated for a full day and served with a signature spicy sauce.
