Oğuz Yenihayat was overwhelmed by the variety and quality of the 30 different dishes at Kaymaklar, a historic tradesman restaurant operating since 1971. He was particularly impressed by the thinness of the stuffed cabbage rolls and the mastery behind Mahmut Usta's thin-crusted içli köfte. The experience was so satisfying that he joked about ending his food tour at the very first stop.
