Pancakes and Protein Shakes was impressed by Masi's ability to nail an authentic cheesesteak in New York City, specifically praising the house-baked bread and meat-to-cheese ratio. While he suggested scooping the roll to reduce messiness, he was blown away by the quality of the ribeye and the beef tallow fries. This visit served as the fourth stop on his cheesesteak tour, exceeding his initial expectations.
