Julian Mu was blown away by the Chino-Boricua cuisine at K China, particularly the mofongo which he described as the best he has had in New York. Despite not usually liking plantains, he found the crispy tostones and moist mofongo to be unbelievable. He was especially impressed by the aromatic garlic sauce and the smoky wok hei of the fried rice.
