Brennen Taylor felt like he was performing an illegal mission while sneaking into South Florida hospitals to review their cafeteria food. He was surprisingly impressed by the quality of the biscuits and gravy and the corn beef hash at the first location. Despite the anxiety of lying to staff, he found the hospital breakfast to be a high-value alternative to fast food.
