DİYARBAKIR VLOG (Efsane kahvaltının tadı damağımızda kaldı!) VLOG #4 - Ayaküstü Lezzetler · Ayaküstü Lezzetler
Ayaküstü Lezzetler emphasized that the quality of a Diyarbakır breakfast lies in the freshness and story of each ingredient rather than the sheer number of varieties. They were particularly impressed by the local 'esnaf' culture where different shopkeepers support each other by sourcing bread and tea from neighboring stalls.
